Outpatient Mental Health Therapy
I offer a sacred, therapeutic space where individuals, partners, families, or friends can sift through the stories they hold about the world, themselves, and others. Our sessions provide a secure container where you can explore where those stories come from, and whether they serve you or block you from a fuller taste of joy.
Clinical Social Work Supervision
The work we do as clinical social workers is powerful, challenging, weird, and rewarding. To be able to do this work sustainably, it’s important to have a community that witnesses, supports, and reflects us along the journey. I love being a part of that community for other clinicians. You deserve a soft landing as you grow within this role.
Gender Affirming Surgery Letters
I provide clinical letters in support of gender affirming surgeries. You don’t have to be an existing client or interested in long term services. This process starts with scheduling an assessment session to talk about the content of the letter. Then I will write the letter and send it to you or your chosen medical provider within two weeks of our assessment.
